Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer require the product.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Conditions

Returned products must:

Be in their original packaging where possible.
Include all accessories supplied with the product.
Not be intentionally damaged or misused.

We may request the item be returned before processing your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used:

Hair colour
Hair Extensions
Bleach
Developers
Shampoos and conditioners
Wax products
Beauty and personal care items
Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is not covered by Australian Consumer Law, any return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
