Large or Heavy Items

Some salon products, including bulk hair colour, wax, and professional salon equipment, may require additional shipping charges. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional re-delivery charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution.

Authority to Leave

Most deliveries will be shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless otherwise specified.
